Lobster Appetizers Recipes
1 Lobster
1 tablespoon chopped carrot
2 tablespoons green pea
1 tablespoon chopped beetroot
4 chinese black mushroom, softened and shredded
4-5 fancy cut carrot
1½ tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cornflour
¼ teaspoon ground pepper

Rinse lobster and drain. Use kitchen scissor to cut the shell lengthwise from next to the head to the tail. Remove the meat and dice. Mix well lobster meat with all ingredients and stuff into the shell beautifully. Place the stuffed lobster on an oval dish, tightly cover with microwave plastic wrap. Microwave at High (600-700 Watts) for 6 minutes. Garnish with sliced tomato and parsley. (for 4 servings)
