INGREDIENTS
2 Bundles Palak
2 Onions finely chopped
2 Tomatoes grated
3 green chilles
1/2 cup corriander leaves
1 tsp cumin
3 peppercorns
2 cloves
1 1/2 tsp sauf
1tst garlic ginger paste
1/2 tst turmeric
1 tst chilli powder
2 tst corriander powder
1 bay leaf
salt
oil
METHOD
  1. Boil the palak in hot water and drain
  2. Grind the palak along with green chillies, corriander leaves, cumin, sauf, pepper and cloves.
  3. Fry onions in oil till brown along with the bay leaf, add garlic ginger and fry well.
  4. Add tomatoes, salt, turmeric, chilli powder and corriander powder and fry well.
  5. Add the ground palak along with the spice and cook for 10 mins.
